The Pakistan Army organized an Inter Services Selection Board (ISSB) cadre for youth from North Waziristan, aiming to integrate tribal areas' youth into the mainstream. The cadre, held from July 1 to July 12, 2024, focused on preparing 14 candidates for military officer commission tests.
The program's primary objective was to ready participants for the ISSB test and final interview. Training covered all aspects of the ISSB assessment, which is expected to benefit candidates in various other competitive examinations as well.
