A blood donation camp was recently held at the Rural Health Center in Ormara, Gwadar, organized by the Kech Thalassemia Care Center under the leadership of Dr. Ali Akbar Baloch.
The event, supported by the Pakistan Army, saw robust participation from both the local community and army personnel.
The Pakistan Army played a pivotal role, with many soldiers stepping forward to donate blood. In total, 71 generous individuals contributed, aiming to support patients suffering from thalassemia.
Dr. Ali Akbar Baloch expressed heartfelt gratitude, acknowledging the collaborative efforts of the Kech Thalassemia Care Center, the Pakistan Army, and local residents.
He emphasized that such unity and compassion would undoubtedly make a substantial difference in the lives of those battling thalassemia.
