Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan refused to join the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) team probe against the promotion of anti-state videos and statements from Khan’s official X (Twitter) handle.
“PTI founder also refused to answer any question of FIA team,” sources said.
“I will answer any question in the presence of lawyers, PTI founder's answer to FIA,” SAMAA TV reported.
Sources claimed the FIA team has obtained the stance of the founder of PTI in writing.
The FIA team is investigating the promotion of the anti-state video. The FIA team went to Adiala Jail (Rawalpindi Central Jail) to investigate the video shared by founder PTI on his official account on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Earlier, FIA Cybercrime Cell wrote a letter to the judicial magistrate to get access to Imran Kahn to investigate the alleged propaganda video uploaded from PTI's official ‘X’ handle which the agency saw as a clear violation of the PECA Act 2014.
Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Cyber Wing initiated on Thursday an inquiry into a controversial social media post from Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan.
The post, made on May 26 from the former Prime Minister’s official account on platform X (formerly Twitter), addressed the 1971 civil war and the findings of the Hamoodur Rahman Commission Report.
