Prince Harry's recent attempt to portray his father, King Charles, in a negative light has been called out by a royal commentator.
According to Jennie Bond, a seasoned royal expert, the Duke of Sussex tried to play the victim card during his recent UK trip, claiming he had nowhere to stay due to security concerns.
However, Jennie revealed that Prince Harry was offered accommodation at royal residencies such as St James's Palace, Clarence House, or Buckingham Palace, but declined the offer. She questioned the validity of Harry's security concerns, stating that royal residences are heavily guarded and have multiple entry and exit points, ensuring the safety of the royal family.
Jennie accused Prince Harry of seeking sympathy and trying to make his father look bad. "It smacks of seeking sympathy," she said. "The 'poor me' attitude, claiming he has nowhere to stay, and his family won't put him up, is unbecoming of a prince."
The royal expert's comments come after Prince Harry's recent UK trip, where he stayed in a private hotel instead of a royal residence. The move was seen as a snub to the royal family, and Jennie's comments suggest that Prince Harry's actions may have backfired.
