Pakistan's meteorological department has predicted that the weather will be extremely hot throughout May in the country’s largest city Karachi.
Chief Meteorologist Sardar Sarfraz said there is no possibility of a heat wave in the city at present. He said sea winds have stopped in Karachi and heat is increasing and “May will be warm”.
“There is no possibility of a heat wave in the city,” he said.

As per the weather office, continental air is prevailing over most parts of the country.
On Monday, Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country. However, partly cloudy weather conditions with light rain-thunderstorms may occur at isolated places in Gilgit-Baltistan.
