Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan said on Tuesday that the party founder was surprised by the results of the by-elections held on April 21.
Expressing his thoughts in Rawalpindi, Khan asserted: "The boxes were already filed in Punjab during the by-polls. The by-poll results were pre-planned. It is the masses' right to ensure the fair counting of the votes."
"We condemn the drama that was staged under the guise of the elections," Khan said.
Speaking about the negotiations, Khan said: "The negotiations are not going to take place with anybody else. We will inform you if there is any message about dialogue."
"The reservations have been made about the health of former first lady Bushra Bibi. We are not being allowed to visit there," Khan added.

Earlier, the PTI had announced nationwide protests on Friday (April 26) following the results of the by-elections that happened on Sunday.
Addressing the press conference in Islamabad, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan asked the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to probe "election irregularities."
"What happened on April 21 is because of the nexus of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) and the Punjab government," he said.
Meanwhile, denouncing the by-poll results, Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) chief Hamid Khan said: "We will not let the government resort to the tactics of hooliganism during our protest movement against the elections."
"The case should be registered against the electoral watchdog and Punjab government," Khan said.
