The annual matriculation exams in Karachi are scheduled to commence on May 7, bringing both anticipation and nervousness among students.
Organized by the Secondary Education Board Karachi, these exams will cater to both regular and private candidates, with separate morning and afternoon shifts.
In the morning shift, examinations for 9th and 10th-grade science subjects will take place from 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM, while private candidates will sit for their exams in the afternoon shift, from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
With over 370,000 candidates expected to participate, stringent measures are being implemented to ensure a smooth examination process. Section 144 will be enforced around the examination centers to maintain order and security.
To prevent any disruptions, letters will be dispatched to K Electric, urging them to refrain from load shedding during exam hours. Additionally, hub centers have been established across various districts of Karachi to facilitate the timely delivery of examination papers.
