The Foreign Office has said that Pakistan has reiterated its strong condemnation of terrorism in all its forms while expressing solidarity with China and emphasizing the importance of ensuring the security of Chinese residents in Pakistan.
Speaking during her weekly media briefing, FO spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch underscored Pakistan's commitment to combating terrorism, stating, "Pakistan condemns all forms of terrorism."
Amid concerns over the safety of Chinese nationals in Pakistan, the spokesperson assured that the government is fully engaged in communication with China and "will ensure all possible security measures for Chinese residents within the country".
Furthermore, the spokesperson claimed that a thorough investigation was underway on the Bisham attack to address the situation effectively.

Emphasizing the strong bond between Pakistan and China, the spokesperson reiterated the deep-rooted relationship, describing the two countries as "strongest neighbours and brothers".
Ms Baloch said the Dasu attack was an attack by the enemies of the Pakistan-China friendship, adding that China's concern for the security of its citizens was natural.
"The government of Pakistan can understand China's concerns. Both countries together will defeat the enemies of Pak-China friendship," the spokesman remarked, adding that no one will be allowed to sabotage this friendship.

Meanwhile, on the international front, the Foreign Office spokesperson commented on the ongoing conflict in Gaza, condemning Israeli aggression despite a ceasefire resolution. The spokesperson urged the international community to exert pressure on Israel to halt its attacks and restore peace in the region.
Turning attention to the situation in India-held Kashmir, the spokesperson condemned Indian atrocities and reiterated Pakistan's unwavering support for the Kashmiri people's right to self-determination. The spokesperson affirmed Pakistan's commitment to providing diplomatic and moral support to the Kashmiri people until they achieve their rightful aspirations.
