Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Barrister Gohar Ali Khan asserted on Tuesday that the party founder was facing political vendetta.
Speaking to the media outside Adiala jail in Islamabad, Khan said: "The efforts are underway to compel the PTI founder to compromise. The PTI founder has made it clear that everything belongs to the country."
Khan assailed Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah over his statement against the PTI founder. "Those who are giving irresponsible statements should be stopped."
– Barrister Gohar denounces Donald Lu’s statement –
Few days back, PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan denounced Donald Lu's statement.
Speaking to media outside Adiala Jail in Islamabad, Khan said: "Whatever Donald Lu has said is a lie. There is a need to launch a probe again in this regard."
"Former ambassador Asad Majeed should give his opinion on the statement of Donald Lu," he said.
"We have full confidence in the courts," he added.
Khan said: "The PTI founder had said that the current government can run maximum for five months."
