Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Sher Afzal Marwat claimed on Friday that President Arif Alvi did not extend support to the party during the difficult times.
Expressing his thoughts, Marwat said: “The PTI founder has expressed his anger at the president in front of me.”
He said: “This time around, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will address no concerns about the PTI intraparty elections.”
Marwat asserted that JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman will not join the government.
"There is a possibility that we can field Mahmood Khan Achakzai for the president slot. I have no idea whether the message had been delivered to Mahmood Khan Achakzai in this regard,” he maintained.
