The formation of Sindh's new government is taking shape as the oath-taking ceremony for the Chief Minister and provincial ministers of Sindh is scheduled to be held on Tuesday.
The seven-member initial cabinet of Sindh is set to take their oaths on Tuesday in Karachi.
The confirmed names on the list include Azra Pechuho, Nasir Hussain Shah, and Sharjeel Inam Memon, all prominent figures within the Pakistan People's Party (PPP). These individuals are expected to play key roles in the new government, tackling various challenges and spearheading crucial initiatives for the province.
However, the selection process remains ongoing for the remaining cabinet positions. Sources close to the PPP leadership indicate that consultations are underway to finalize the full team.
Sources indicate that the decision regarding the oath ceremony aligns with the approval from the top leadership of the PPP. It has been agreed that Murad Ali Shah, the Chief Minister of Sindh, will engage in consultations with the party's leadership, ensuring a collaborative approach to governance and decision-making.
