Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari and former Punjab governor Chaudhry Sarwar on Tuesday exchanged views on the country's political situation.
Sarwar called on Zardari at Bilawal House in Lahore. On this occasion, the former president expressed his gratitude to Sarwar for announcing to support PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari in NA-127.
Both the leaders also discussed the political strategy in Punjab's political landscape.
In connection with the forthcoming elections, both Zardari and Sarwar emphasized the need to hold transparent polls in the country.
