The second marathon at Karachi's Sea View saw more than 4,000 participants, according to the event’s administration.
In the full marathon, Israr Muhammad emerged as the winner and was awarded a prize of Rs500,000.
Mohammad Riaz finished second, earning Rs250,000.
In the half marathon, Mohammad Akhtar claimed first place, receiving Rs50,000, while Qasim Bajwa secured second place with a reward of Rs40,000.
In the women's category, Mumtaz Nimat clinched the first position, winning Rs50,000, and Dua Nazakat was awarded Rs40,000 for securing second place.
