Customs Anti-Smuggling Marine Section successfully conducted operations in open waters, thwarting an attempt to smuggle 39,000 liters of Iranian diesel.
Three launches, identified as Al-Sadaf, Al-Rehman, and Al-Sheiran, were intercepted and seized during the operation. These vessels were being used for the illegal transportation of diesel.
The total value of the seized diesel and launches is estimated at Rs. 39 million. This operation is part of Customs' ongoing efforts to curb smuggling activities and ensure compliance with the law in maritime areas.
