The Overseas Pakistanis Global Foundation held a special event to pay tribute to Pakistan's martyrs, particularly those who died fighting terrorism. The foundation labeled these fallen soldiers as "Homeland Heroes."
Foundation members expressed gratitude to the Pentagon for supporting Pakistan's anti-terrorism efforts. They specifically thanked Major General Patrick Ryder of the Pentagon for his support.
The chairman of the Overseas Pakistani Group of Foundation stated that their martyrs sacrificed their lives to make not only Pakistan but the whole world safer. He announced plans to meet with families of the martyrs to express solidarity.
The foundation also raised concerns about recent increased attacks by the TTP (Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan) and efforts to spread hatred between the army and civilians.
As part of their initiative, the foundation plans to display a banner honoring the martyrs, which will travel from the US to England, then Europe, before being presented to the families of the martyrs.
The foundation emphasized the crucial role of Pakistan's armed forces in national security and pledged support for all martyrs, law enforcement agencies, and the Pakistani nation.
