The much-anticipated 18th season of reality show 'Bigg Boss, is on the horizon, with the first teaser for the Salman Khan-hosted show released on Monday night.
The teaser hints at another season filled with drama and surprises, as the show gears up for its October premiere.
The teaser confirms Salman Khan’s return as the host, after he skipped the OTT version's third season, and introduces the new theme, 'Time Ka Taandav.' The promo features Salman’s voiceover saying, “Bigg Boss dekhenge gharwaloon ka future. Ab hoga time ka taandav” (Bigg Boss will see the future of the housemates. It’s now time to witness time’s fury).
The accompanying caption teases, “Hogi entertainment ki poori wish jab Time Ka Taandav lekar aayega Bigg Boss mein ek naya twist. Are you ready for Season 18? While the teaser does not reveal specific details about the contestants, reports suggest that actor Nia Sharma is set to join the cast as the first confirmed contestant.
According to a source, Nia, who had previously been approached multiple times, recently agreed to participate. The source added, "Nia was finally ready to get herself locked inside the house and signed the dotted lines a couple of days ago. The team is excited to have her on board."
Nia Sharma, known for her participation in 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 8' and 'Khatron Ke Khiladi - Made in India', is expected to bring added excitement to the show. Additionally, TV actors Anjali Anand, Chahat Pandey, and Splitsvilla’s Kashish Kapoor are rumored to be joining the season.
