The Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle has reportedly left Kate Middleton- the Princess of Wales- concerned for Prince Harry after the release of the teaser for her upcoming Netflix cooking show, With Love, Meghan, set to premiere on March 4.
According to an insider quoted in Heat Magazine, Kate, despite her strained relationship with Harry, is worried about the Duke of Sussex’s apparent sidelining in the show. The teaser features Harry briefly, for less than a second, which has reportedly raised concerns among the Royal family.
The source revealed that Kate believes Harry’s limited appearance might be indicative of him “becoming a different person,” which has left the Royal family feeling as though they are “losing him all over again.”
"Kate still cares deeply about Harry," the insider shared, adding that the Princess of Wales is troubled by what appears to be a project solely focused on Meghan, with little involvement from Harry.
“She understands this is Meghan’s initiative, and Harry’s focus isn’t necessarily on their joint brand right now. However, the source clarified that the Royals are concerned about his nearly complete absence.
The Royal family has reportedly viewed the teaser as another sign of Harry’s growing distance from his roots. “It’s so far from the Harry they knew – someone who was always front and centre, full of life and deeply connected to his family,” the insider remarked.
This latest development comes amid ongoing tensions between Harry and the Royal family, following the couple’s decision to step back from royal duties in 2020 and their subsequent media ventures, which have often painted the Royals in an unflattering light.
