The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration Unit conducted an operation at Karachi Airport, arresting a passenger attempting to travel back to Saudi Arabia despite being blacklisted.
The passenger, identified as Alejandro Punor, had previously been deported from Saudi Arabia in 2023 on charges of begging. He was originally in Saudi Arabia on an Umrah visa since 2019 but was caught violating local laws.
According to FIA officials, Alejandro Punor's name was listed in the blacklist category, barring him from traveling to Saudi Arabia. The arrest highlights FIA's ongoing efforts to enforce immigration laws and prevent blacklisted individuals from bypassing restrictions.
