A day after witnessing a decline, the price of gold in Pakistan increased on Tuesday, reflecting global market trends.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola hiked by Rs700, settling at Rs275,200, according to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold increased by Rs600, taking it to Rs235,940.

In the international market also, the price of gold rose by $7 on Tuesday, reaching $2,640 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.
Silver prices in the local market, however, remained stable at Rs3,400 per tola.
