Lahore High Court Chief Justice Justice Malik Shahzad Ahmed Khan on Monday approved the dismissal of two civil judges, Saima Waheed and Imtiaz Ahmed, on grounds of misconduct.
The decision to dismiss Civil Judges Saima Waheed and Imtiaz Ahmed came following a thorough inquiry into allegations of misconduct leveled against them.
After due process and meticulous investigation, the judicial authorities found both individuals guilty of breaching the standards of judicial conduct.
