The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) has sought a share from the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) in the Sindh government in line with the power-sharing formula.
According to details, sources divulged that the PPP had reiterated the demand to equalise the development funds of the party with the PML-N lawmakers during the coordination committee meeting.
“The promise of allotting the chairmanship of different departments in Punjab was not fulfilled,” the PPP leader added.
“Development funds should be given to our ticket holders, with over 20,000 votes in Punjab,” the PPP added.

The PPP had also expressed reservations over the new Local Govt Bill, 2025, in Punjab.
“Despite criticising the PML-N, the PPP demands equal development funds,” the PML-N lamented.
“If we accept the PPP’s demand in Punjab, then the PML-N should also be given a share in Sindh in connection with the power-sharing formula,” the PML-N coordination committee said.
