The Pakistan national hockey team outfoxed Japan in the semi-final to march into the final of the Men’s Junior Hockey Asia Cup in Oman on Tuesday.
According to details, the Green Shirts secured a clinical victory against Japan by 4-2 to cement their place in the final of the tournament.
The things were quite nervous till the third quarter when both Pakistan and Japan secured two goals each.
Pakistan had netted two goals in the last quarter to dash the hopes of Japan to reach the final.
It is pertinent to note that the Men in Green had remained unbeaten in the tournament.
