The Lahore High Court (LHC) heard Khadija Shah's contempt petition against police officers and summoned the Punjab Inspector General (IGP) in his personal capacity on November 3.
During the proceedings, the Capital City Police Officer (CCPO) Lahore, Bilal Siddique Kamiana, and other officers appeared before the court.
The Punjab IG presented the report related to the two cases registered against Khadija Shah, providing the court with an update on the matter.
The provincial apex court expressed its dissatisfaction with the report and inquired further from CCPO Lahore. LHC Justice Ali Baqir Najafi expressed his dismay at the situation.
The court also inquired about a challenge to the ATC's order, to which Khadija Shah's lawyer clarified that they had not challenged the ATC's decision.
