A day after a massive hike, the price of gold in Pakistan saw a minor decrease on Thursday, reflecting global market trends.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola decreased by Rs750, settling at Rs286,700, according to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold dropped by Rs641, taking it to Rs245,799.

In the international market also, the price of gold saw a decline of $8 on Thursday, reaching $2,743 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.
The price of silver in the local market also decreased by Rs30 to reach Rs3,401 per tola.
