Inspector General Frontier Corps (IG FC) Balochistan South, Major General Bilal Sarfraz Khan, paid a visit to the University of Turbat, underscoring his commitment to supporting education and fostering development in the region.
During the visit, Major General Khan met with Vice-Chancellor Dr. Gul Hassan and several faculty members. The discussions focused on various university-related matters, with the faculty providing a comprehensive briefing on the institution’s academic processes and operational systems.
Acknowledging the university’s contributions to promoting education in the region, IG FC praised its role in advancing learning and fostering growth. He toured several departments, commending the ongoing academic activities and the dedication of the faculty.
As part of his visit, Major General Khan announced significant contributions, including the solarization of the academic block and the provision of furniture for the multipurpose hall. These initiatives aim to enhance the university’s infrastructure and create a more conducive environment for learning.
The IG also engaged in an interactive session, answering questions from faculty members. He highlighted the efforts of Frontier Corps Balochistan (South) in ensuring security and fostering a peaceful environment in the province.
