The price of gold in Pakistan saw an increase for the second consecutive day on Wednesday, reflecting global market trends.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola rose by Rs800, settling at Rs274,300, according to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold hiked by Rs686, taking it to Rs235,168.

In the international market also, the price of gold saw a rise of $8 on Wednesday, reaching $2,631 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.
Silver prices in the local market remained the same as the previous day at Rs3,250 per tola.
