Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Raja Pervaiz Ashraf said on Wednesday that it was unjust to "portray" Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif as the country's prime minister ahead of the general elections.
Speaking to media in Faisalabad, the former prime minister said: "The PML-N leaders are causing harm to themselves during the ongoing situation."
He said: "There is a dire need of such a government that will represents the masses in its real context".
– Only transpent polls can change country's destiny –
Ashraf said on Tuesday that there is a dire need to hold transparent polls to change the destiny of the country.
Speaking to media in Pattoki, Ashraf said: "It seems as if the general elections will be held in the country. The PPP is the most popular party and is having a narrative of Vote say izzat lo. Other party [PML-N] is having a narrative of Vote Ko Izzat Do."

"Former foreign minister Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari willl be become the country's premier by clinching majority in the general elections," Ashraf said.
