His visit involves pivotal discussions with Kuwait's Crown Prince and Prime Minister, focusing on enhancing mutual cooperation through the signing of multiple Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs).
The arrival of Pakistan’s caretaker Prime Minister was met with warm receptions led by Kuwait's Minister of Electricity, Water, and Renewable Energy, Dr. Jasim Muhammad Abdullah Al-Astad. Notable figures including Pakistan's Ambassador to Kuwait, Malik Muhammad Farooq, alongside senior diplomats from both nations, graced the occasion.
Throughout his stay, Prime Minister Kakar is slated to engage in high-level meetings with Kuwait's Crown Prince, Sheikh Meshaal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, and Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmed Al-Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah.
The primary focus of these discussions is to solidify agreements through the signing of MoUs encompassing diverse sectors such as manpower, information technology, minerals, mining, food security, energy, and defense.
