Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Parliamentarians Chairman Pervez Khattak said on Tuesday that a seat adjustment with the political parties was on the cards.
Expressing his thoughts in Peshawar, Khattak said: “We are having contacts with the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and other political parties.”
"We have electables. It would have been better if there was a four-month period of elections after the delimitation".
– Country drowns in loans –
On Sunday, Khattak said that the country had drowned in loans.
Speaking to media in Peshawar, Khattak said: “The political parties come to rule and make promises, but do not fulfil them. For 75 years, governments have remained in power. But what made us not progress?"
The former KP chief minister said, “The world has moved forward, but we are continuously dragging ourselves into the quagmire."
– PTI chief wanted to implement presidential system –
Khattak asserted on Saturday that the PTI chief wanted to implement the presidential system in the country for personal gains.
Addressing the gathering in Buner, Khattak said, ‘’The thieves and looters had dragged the country to the quagmire. The PTI had bagged success due to the Pakhtuns.’’
As the prime minister, the PTI chief was a dictator, not a representative of the masses. The PTI chief staged the drama under the guise of Naya Pakistan.
He took a dig at the former rulers, saying, ‘’The rulers had left the country in debt.’’
