The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration Tuesday in a major action at Islamabad Airport intercepted and arrested a most wanted terrorist from Islamabad International Airport.
The terrorist, identified as Javed from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was detained during immigration clearance. The price of the head of the arrested terrorist was set at five million rupees. The FIA has handed over the arrested terrorist to the KP government.

The government aimed to follow the framework of the Public-Private Partnership Authority Act 2017 to select a private partner responsible for designing, building, rehabilitating, financing, operating, and maintaining the airport, with eventual transfer back to the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA).
