Pakistani student Rania Ali has achieved a significant milestone by being awarded the title of Best Delegate at the prestigious Harvard Model United Nations (HMUN) conference, held in Dubai by Harvard University.
The HMUN conference, one of the world’s largest Model United Nations events, saw the participation of 1,000 delegates from over 35 countries, providing a platform for showcasing diplomacy, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills at an international level.
Rania Ali's exceptional performance in diplomacy, critical thinking, and her overall abilities earned her the top honor. Expressing her pride, she said, “It is an honour for me to represent Pakistan on a global platform,” adding, “I am proud that I presented a positive image of my country to the world.”
The Harvard MUN conference serves as a global stage for young minds to engage in discussions and propose solutions to some of the world’s most pressing issues.
The accomplishment follows the recent success of Shehram Wasi, another Pakistani delegate, who won the highest honor at the same conference. Shehram’s victory is especially significant as he is one of the youngest delegates to receive this prestigious recognition.
