From affordable models to high-performance luxury options, a range of EVs entered the market, catering to diverse preferences and budgets.
Here's a breakdown of the year’s major launches:

MG Cyberster GT Dual and Single
At the top of the list is MG's luxury sports car, the Cyberster GT Dual, priced at PKR 30 million. This high-performance EV boasts 496 horsepower, a 74.4 kWh battery, and a 443 km range.
Its Single variant, priced slightly lower at PKR 27 million, offers 335 hp and a longer range of 507 km, catering to enthusiasts of cutting-edge design and thrilling performance.

ORA 07
Entering the market in September, the ORA 07 stood out with its impressive design and premium interior.
With a price tag of PKR 17.5 million, it features a 570 km range and 402 horsepower, targeting buyers in the premium EV segment.

Kia EV5 Earth and Air
Launched in October, the Kia EV5 Earth variant priced at PKR 18.5 million offers a 500 km range with an 88 kWh battery.
The Air variant, slightly more accessible, delivers a 400 km range with a 64 kWh battery. Kia’s competitive pricing aimed to attract buyers transitioning to EVs.

Deepal S07 and L07
Deepal’s luxurious offerings, the S07 and L07, priced at PKR 14.5 million, entered the market in August.
The S07 delivers a 485 km range with a 66.8 kWh battery, while the L07 goes further with a 540 km range. Deepal’s focus on affordability redefined expectations for luxury EVs.

BYD Seal Premium and Dynamic
In October, BYD Seal Premium entered at PKR 14.79 million, delivering a 650 km range with an 82.56 kWh battery.
The Dynamic variant, priced slightly lower, offered a 510 km range, continuing BYD’s streak of providing value-rich vehicles.

MG ZS EV MCE Long Range and Essence
Earlier in February, MG introduced its updated ZS EV variants. The Long Range, priced at PKR 14.99 million, delivered 440 km with a 69.9 kWh battery.
The Essence, at PKR 10.99 million, offered a mid-tier alternative with a 320 km range.

Hyundai IONIQ 5 and 6
Hyundai launched the IONIQ 5 and 6, priced above PKR 10 million, targeting high-end EV buyers.
The IONIQ 5 offers a 500 km range with an 84 kWh battery, while the IONIQ 6 stretches to 519 km with a 77.4 kWh battery.

For middle-segment buyers, Honri introduced the Ve 3.0 at PKR 5 million, offering a 300 km range, and the Ve 2.0 at PKR 4 million, with a 200 km range.

BYD’s second October launch, the ATTO 3, priced at PKR 8.9 million, offered a 410 km range and a 49.92 kWh battery, ensuring value for money.

Closing the year, the Seres 3 CKD launched in November at PKR 8.39 million.
With a 403 km range and a 49.3 kWh battery, it rounded out a dynamic year for EVs in Pakistan.

Changan Lumin EV
Changan Pakistan announced its entry into the EV market with the Lumin. The mini-EV offers three battery options—12.92 kWh, 17.65 kWh, and 27.99 kWh—providing ranges of 155 km, 210 km, and 301 km, respectively, powered by electric motors producing up to 48 hp.
With its compact, stylish design, a 10.25-inch touchscreen, two driving modes (Eco and Sport), and 104 litres of cargo space, the Lumin is a promising addition to the growing electric vehicle market in Pakistan.
