Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Information Advisor Barrister Saif has strongly refuted media reports claiming Bushra Bibi made accusations against Saudi Arabia or Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman.
Speaking to the press, Barrister Saif clarified that Bushra Bibi never stated that Saudi Arabia or Mohammad Bin Salman contacted General Bajwa regarding Sharia, emphasizing that her interview did not include any such allegations.
He further pointed out that Mohammad Bin Salman and PTI founder Imran Khan share a strong, ideal relationship, which, according to Saif, the current government is attempting to damage. He criticized the government for disregarding the importance of the ties between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, warning that their actions are harmful to overseas Pakistanis working in Saudi Arabia.
Barrister Saif suggested that the exaggeration of Bushra Bibi's comments was a deliberate effort to divert attention from the ongoing protest, accusing the government of using any means necessary to distract from the larger political situation.
He appealed to the public not to believe the baseless propaganda and misinterpretation being spread by the government.
