Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif resolved on Tuesday to further bolster the brotherly ties with Iran.
According to details, Foreign Minister Seyed Abbas Araghchi called on PM Shehbaz in Islamabad. On this occasion, the matters pertaining to Middle East crisis were also underscored.
The premier expressed his resolve to extend support to Iran in terms of the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
The Iranian foreign minister had also the premier of the situation in the region.
PM Shehbaz had condemned the Israeli atrocity against the innocent Palestinians. The premier had stressed the need for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza.
The premier had extended his best wishes to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
– PM Shehbaz hails Qatar as 'second home' –
Few days back, PM Shehbaz hailed Qatar as his "second home," expressing gratitude to Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani for giving him an invitation to visit the country.
Expressing his thoughts in Doha, PM Shehbaz acknowledged "Manzar: Pakistan Art and Architecture 1940 to Today," saying, "The Manzar Arts Exhibition will help to reflect the cultures of both Pakistan and Qatar."
"The exhibition highlights the robust ties that both Pakistan and Qatar have shared with each other," he stated.
He said, "I would also like to felicitate the overseas Pakistanis [who are in Qatar] on the inauguration of the exhibition." The premier also commended the efforts of Federal Information Minister Atta Tarar, saying, "Atta Tarar has played a substantial role in ensuring the successful inaugural of the exhibition."
PM Shehbaz stated: "Pakistan has a 5,000-year-old history in culture. The Qatar Museum is becoming instrumental in advancing cultural diplomacy."
