A man has been accused of sexually assaulting his 50-year-old deaf-mute mother-in-law within the jurisdiction of City A Division Police Station in Bahawalnagar.
The suspect allegedly committed the assault when the victim had come to visit her daughter. The incident reportedly took place at night, when the suspect allegedly took advantage of the victim’s condition and violated her.
The mother-in-law, who cannot speak or hear, had come to spend time with her daughter when the horrific act occurred.
Following the incident, the victim’s daughter, who is the suspect's wife, filed a complaint with the police. Authorities registered a case and have launched an investigation into the matter.
