Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti announced to send 400 children of working professionals to higher educational institutions of the country.
Addressing the Labour Welfare Fund meeting in Quetta, Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti said that under the Labour Welfare Fund, the children of labourers will also be able to study in higher educational institutions of Pakistan, all the educational and residential expenses of the children of the labourers will be covered by Labour Welfare.
According to him, socioeconomic inequality rather than luck is the reason why the impoverished will always be poor. This year, 400 children of labourers are going to the country's universities.
Sarfraz Bugti said that the talented child of the labourer will be an officer, doctor, engineer and a successful person, not a labourer. The child of the labourer will study where the child of an affable person studies. From next year, one thousand children of the labourers will be sent to higher educational institutions in Pakistan.
