Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) top brass' nomination papers on Saturday accepted from the provincial and national assembly seats ahead of the forthcoming general elections.
Jahangir Khan Tareen’s nomination papers were accepted from the three constituencies.
Jahangir Tareen was ready to contest the elections from NA-149 Multan as his nomination papers had been accepted from the constituency.

From Lodhran, the IPP patron-in-chief had been given greenlight to take part in the polls from NA-155 and PP-227.
IPP President Abdul Aleem Khan’s nomination papers from NA-117 had also been accepted. The returning officer (RO) had announced the verdict following the completion of the scrutiny of Aleem Khan’s nomination papers.
IPP Spokesperson Firdous Ashiq Awan’s nomination papers had been submitted from NA-70 Sialkot and PP-44 Sialkot.
IPP leader Malik Amir Dogar’s nomination papers had been submitted from NA-149.
