Pakistan cricketers Abbas Afridi, Abrar Ahmed, and Usama Mir are expected to join the squad for the five-match T20I series against New Zealand.
Sources divulged on Monday that the fast bowlers, Mohammad Wasim Jr and Zaman Khan, were expected to be included in the squad.
Shadab Khan will not be part of the team due to the injury. All-rounder Faheem Ashraf is expected to be drop from the series.
The pacers, Ihsanullah and Naseem Shah, will also likely miss out on the New Zealand tour due to rehabilitation.
The Pakistan squad for the series against New Zealand is expected to be announced tomorrow (Wednesday).
