Central Executive Committee (CEC) of Istehkam e Pakistan (IPP) on Tuesday expressed confidence in the leadership of Jahangir Tareen and Abdul Aleem Khan.
The body, comprising key party members, granted full authority to the party chairman and president, endorsing their mandate to engage in consultations with other political entities.
During the session, the committee reached a consensus on critical issues, paving the way for strategic alliances through seat adjustments and the regularization of agendas.
Notably, the IPP's commitment to fostering collaboration extended to the formation of a specialized board for Sindh, KPK, and Balochistan.
In a bid to strengthen grassroots representation, special committees were established, with divisional presidents appointed in every district of Punjab and Islamabad.
"The participation of all members of the Central Executive Committee and the open exchange of views on various issues were pivotal in reaching unanimous decisions," stated a party spokesperson.
Meanwhile, Jahangir Tareen and Abdul Aleem Khan emphasised the importance of welcoming the concerns and suggestions of their colleagues, reinforcing a commitment to consultative and inclusive decision-making.
