Left-hander Saud Shakeel is expected to replace Salman Ali Agha in the Super Four match against Sri Lanka at R. Premadasa on Thursday.

Salman’s face and eye are still swollen, due to which he is unlikely to take part in the all-important clash against Sri Lanka.
The 29-year-old also got four stitches between his nose and eye.
