Renowned morning show host Nida Yasir has opened up about the longstanding family issues that have kept actor and host Fahad Mustafa from gracing her morning show.
In a candid revelation during a recent podcast hosted by Ahmed Ali Butt, Nida Yasir hinted at a family feud with Fahad Mustafa but kept the specifics under wraps, leaving fans intrigued.
Responding to Butt's question about why Fahad Mustafa had never been a guest on her show, Nida Yasir cheekily remarked, "We have family enmity with Fahad Mustafa, that's why he doesn't come on my show."
Though the comment was delivered with a touch of humor, Yasir confirmed that there were indeed family issues preventing Mustafa from appearing on her show.
Social media users quickly speculated that the rift might be linked to the failed marriage between Fahad Mustafa's elder brother and Nida Yasir's Nand (sister-in-law), which reportedly ended in divorce. The rumored connection sheds light on the underlying tensions between the two families.
Nida Yasir addresses Rabia Anum's abrupt exit
In a separate revelation, Nida Yasir expressed her disappointment over Rabia Anum's abrupt departure during a live morning show. Yasir disclosed that the incident was unplanned and stemmed from Anum's realization, in the makeup room, that actor Mohsin Abbas Haider was also invited as a guest.
Yasir emphasized that Anum should have communicated her concerns privately rather than leaving the show live on air. "I am the host of the show, and my job is to give respect to everyone," Yasir asserted, highlighting the need for professionalism in dealing with unexpected situations.
Recounting the incident, Yasir stated, "If she didn't want to sit with Mohsin Abbas, she could have conveyed it behind the camera. She humiliated me by taking such a step in the live show. From that day on, I never invited her to appear on my show." The incident has sparked discussions on professionalism and communication within the entertainment industry.
