Binance, one of the leading centralized cryptocurrency trading platforms, is making a significant move that will have a notable impact on various cryptocurrencies within its liquidity pool.
In an announcement, Binance revealed its plan to delist a total of 17 digital asset pairs from Binance Liquid Swap.
The tokens set to be removed from the Binance liquidity pool are all paired with the Binance stablecoin BUSD.
To be more specific, the affected pairs include BUSD pairs of major cryptocurrencies such as BNB, Bitcoin, Cardano (ADA), Ethereum, Litecoin, Shiba Inu, Polygon (MATIC), Solana, Uniswap, Chainlink (LINK), and Dogecoin. Additionally, Binance will also eliminate stablecoin pairs, including BUSD/DAI and BUSD/USDT.
According to the official statement, these delistings are scheduled to take place on the upcoming Friday, October 27th.
