A young Bengal tiger, aged six, has passed away at the Sher Bagh Zoo in Bahawalpur after battling severe health issues. According to Deputy Director of Wildlife, the tiger succumbed to complications after various body organs ceased to function properly.
The tiger had been receiving treatment for a kidney infection, and despite ongoing efforts, it could not survive. Osman Bukhari, Deputy Director of Wildlife, confirmed that the tiger's condition worsened despite medical intervention.
The incident marks a sad moment for the zoo, where the Bengal tiger had been a significant attraction.
