A Pakistan Air Force (PAF) contingent arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to participate in multinational air exercises.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the Pakistani contingent includes JF-17 aircraft, pilots and ground crew.
The Pakistani contingent will participate in the multinational air exercise Spear of Victory 2025.
The JF-17 Block III aircraft also demonstrated its long-range capabilities.
The warplanes departed from Pakistan and landed at a Saudi airbase without stopping anywhere. The warplanes were refueled in the air.
According to the ISPR, the Pakistan Air Force pilots will receive training to compete with the latest warplanes. Warplanes from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Bahrain, France, Greece, Qatar are participating in the exercises. Fighter jets from the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, and the United States will also participate in the exercise.
ISPR said that this is the fourth multinational air exercise organized by the Royal Saudi Air Force. The exercise will provide an opportunity to enhance cooperation to address common challenges.
The Pakistan Air Force's participation in the exercise demonstrates its commitment to regional and international cooperation. Participation in the exercise also highlights the Pakistan Air Force's capabilities in a challenging environment.
