Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Shiekh Waqas Akram said on Friday that party had not backtracked from its demands.
Expressing his thoughts, Akram said, “Nobody should try to create a narrative about PTI Chairman Barrister Gohar Ali Khan’s meeting with the army chief.”
“We have put forward the initial demands in the first round of the talks with the government, including the formation of the judicial commission for the inquiry of May 9 and November 26 events,” said the PTI founder.
“The release of all the PTI workers is also among the demands placed before the government,” said Akram.
“The demands pertaining to the restoration of the law and constitution and giving the mandate back are also mentioned,” he said.
