Pakistan's international cricketer Usman Qadir has relocated to Australia in pursuit of a better future in cricket. He is now residing in Sydney, New South Wales, and playing for the Hawkesbury Cricket Club.
Last year in October, Usman Qadir retired from Pakistan cricket out of disappointment. His late father, legendary cricketer Abdul Qadir, had always wished for Usman to represent Pakistan, which prompted him to return to Pakistan after initially leaving Australia.
During his career, Usman Qadir represented South Australia and played in the Big Bash League (BBL) for Perth Scorchers and Adelaide Strikers. He also had the honor of playing for Australia’s Prime Minister’s XI.
For Pakistan, Usman featured in one ODI and 25 T20 International matches. Having fulfilled his father’s dream, he is now determined to continue his cricket journey in Australia.
