The price of gold in Pakistan increased further on Wednesday, reflecting global market trends.
In the local market, the price of 24-karat gold per tola increased by another Rs1,000, settling at Rs277,000, according to data shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA).
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat gold hiked by Rs858, taking it to Rs237,483.

In the international market also, the price of gold saw a rise of another $10 on Wednesday, reaching $2,652 per ounce with an additional premium of $20.
The price of silver in the local market remained stable at Rs3,350 per tola.
