Director General of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Lieutenant General Ahmad Sharif Chaudhry had a special session with the faculty and students of the University of Management and Technology (UMT), Lahore.
On the occasion, they [faculty and students] expressed gratitude to the Pakistan Army for arranging the meeting and discussion.
Students and faculty members thanked the Pakistan Army for the opportunity to meet with the DG ISPR and engage in a direct conversation. They acknowledged that the session had cleared all doubts and misunderstandings about the negative propaganda spread against the Pakistan Army.
The awareness gained during the meeting clarified the organised disinformation and fake news campaigns targeting the military.
During the session, the DG ISPR answered all questions with utmost respect and provided well-reasoned responses, which were appreciated by the attendees. The students expressed their desire for such sessions to be held regularly, aiming to bridge the gap between the youth and the military while dispelling misconceptions.
The attendees unanimously agreed that the youth of Pakistan, especially students, stand firmly alongside the Pakistan Army in safeguarding the country.
