Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi has decided to send Saim Ayub to London for urgent medical treatment after consulting with doctors.
Naqvi personally contacted Ayub to inquire about his well-being and extended best wishes for his recovery.
Saeem Ayub will be examined by sports orthopedic specialists in London, and an appointment has already been scheduled.
Dr. Mamreze, who is overseeing Ayub's treatment in Pakistan, has sent all his medical reports to London for further consultation.
Naqvi described Saeem Ayub as a stylish and remarkable batter, calling him an asset to Pakistan cricket.
Ayub will be sent to London on the earliest available flight from Cape Town.
