Afghanistan resolved to make a strong comeback after Asia Cup heartbreak during the sixth match of the tournament against Sri Lanka at Gaddafi Stadium on Tuesday.
Reacting to the defeat, Afghan spinner Rashid Khan expressed his thoughts in a heartfelt post, which he shared on X, formerly known as Twitter.
"In sport, there are many ups and downs. You learn, grow, and come back stronger," he added.
Rashid expressed his gratitude to all the cricket fans for extending support to the Afghanistan national cricket team. "Thank you for always supporting us," he added.

Separately, Pakistan skipper Babar Azam is making headlines not only in his own home country but also in different parts of the world.
In a fresh development, Babar Azam was praised on Thursday by Sri Lankan citizens, who welcomed the Pakistan national cricket team to Colombo overwhelmingly.
The Sri Lankan fans chanted slogans in favour of Babar and were so passionate that they took selfies with the Pakistan skipper.
